What ever happened to Scourge, Raider and Aegis armors? Were these scrapped, still need to be fully discovered?

Are the Chimera Hide drop rate very low or non existent at the moment? I see a few BP's on the daily mission that use Chimera hides but I have not seen any on AH or in loot so this is why I am asking.
