Old weapons and armor

so im wondering if any of the old weapons and armor sets are craftable again i know for a while the drop rate of the mats and bp's were either turned off or droped so low that it was almost impossible to craft them i.e the hoplite armor and hero's sword

It is my understanding that some of these items are currently craftable you mentioned but not all. I'm sure senior crafters will help out with this.
