In the wiki there are few mission NPCs, that are not present at the locations mentioned.
Ex. Emiliano DiNapoli, Malcolm Campbell, etc.
Just want to know, if the mission NPCs were moved to different location or were they removed from game along with their respective missions.
Also, is there any place where I can find older NI changelogs?
