A few players have asked the same question so to clarify.
The event is 7months long and needs 7months of submissions.
Bonus points for Carnival Day will fill in where you are short but zero submission for a month means zero points for that month and no bonus points will replace the zero effort of that month.
We also allowed for points to be carried over for players who are short a few points here and there and has extra on other months. Again this did not remove your need to do a submission for a specific month it will only apply if you needed a few points and will not replace zero effort.
