In this VU, we have included a player-created mission as part of the Community Recognition Program.
First, we want to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who contributed missions for the program.
Your creativity and effort were truly appreciated.
Now, to address the obvious question: why this particular mission?
In all honesty, we were impressed by several of the submissions, and selecting just one proved to be more challenging than anticipated. Ultimately, we chose a mission that fit well with Carnival Island and encouraged exploration around the area.As many of you know, Carnival Island on Next Island holds special significance to us. It was created in memory of David Post, the founder of Next Island, and his love for Coney Island, following his passing in 2022. This mission aligned perfectly with the Carnival Island theme, which is why it was selected for inclusion.
Congratulations to the mission’s creator! For an added bit of fun, we haven’t revealed the creator’s name—let’s see how quickly the community can figure it out.
Now, you may be wondering about the other submissions. Rest assured, we still have them, and at least one more is being planned for inclusion, which will tie into the Ancient Greece theme. This is part of the developments we have planned for Ancient Greece.
