The Calypso/Default TT harvesting tool has 22 uses per minute.
The Cyrene TT harvesting tool has 33!!! uses per minute.
The Next Island TT harvesting tool has 19??? uses per minute.
Why is the Next Island tool the worst one? All 3 of them decay 2 pec per use, and are identical in all ways except for the use speed. You want as high a speed as possible when harvesting, there is no good reason to have a slower tool in this case.
