I was at the teleport Fenster Landing today ,and clicked on the flower Lodestone Reach. a message appeared on the screen that I did not have access or qualifications to this location, but the flower teleported me to this closed location on the island.
Seems like a bug. Same was with Desert Plains after VU, but was fixed.

I ran around the booth with terminals, made sure on the map that I was in the blue location of the island and there was no teleport nearby. I clicked on the flower. I was transferred back to the teleport. The second time I was not allowed into the closed location of the island.
